Our Content Ownership

All content provided through our platform—including course materials, videos, presentations, worksheets, templates, software, and website design—is owned by Ventora or our content partners and protected by intellectual property laws. This content is provided for your personal educational use only.

Limited License

When you enroll in a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal learning purposes. You may download materials for offline study where explicitly permitted, but may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content.

User-Generated Content

When you submit content through our platform—such as discussion forum posts, project submissions, or feedback—you retain ownership but grant Ventora a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for educational purposes and platform improvement. We respect your intellectual property and will not use your submissions for commercial purposes without permission.

Course Fees

All course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and must be paid in full before access is granted, unless installment plans are specifically offered. Prices are subject to change, but enrolled students will not be affected by price increases during their enrollment period.

Payment Processing

We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount and agree to the payment processor's terms. We don't store complete payment card information on our servers.

Refund Policy
